Dr Arnt Glienke, LL.M.
Managing Director, Clarius Data & Security
Dr. Arnt Glienke has been part of the Clarius Group management team since 2023. As managing director of Clarius Data & Security GmbH, he is responsible for the areas of IT security, occupational safety, and data protection. Together with Luise Adler, he also heads the Legal & Consulting division of the Clarius Group.
Dr Glienke studied law in Hamburg, completed his legal clerkship in Brussels and London and then obtained his doctorate at the University of Speyer. Before joining Clarius, he worked in management positions at international companies, where he was responsible for setting up and operating complex compliance management systems and established himself as a specialist in corporate compliance and regulatory issues.

History
- Founding of the company as Ora GmbH with the idea of offering holistic, tech-supported data protection management for companies
- Expansion of the portfolio to include services and tool solutions in the areas of IT security and occupational safety
- Nils Oberschelp, Co-CEO and member of the Executive Board, and Dr Johannes von Bismarck, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will become shareholders of Rechtsanwaltsaktiengesellschaft and, together with founder Dr Georg Berger, will hold the majority of shares in the company in future.
- Takeover of Ora GmbH, now trading as CLARIUS.LEGAL Data & Security GmbH, and thus expansion of the portfolio in the areas of data protection, IT security and occupational health and safety
- Acquisition of janolaw GmbH, an experienced provider of digital legal services, thereby expanding our offering to small companies and the self-employed
