The EU AI Act is a risk-based regulatory approach that categorises AI systems into four categories:
- Training courses organised by experienced practitioners - we make sure the information is up to date
- Prompt expansion of the training programme for individual special topics in the company
- Can be interlinked with other CLARIUS.LEGAL services, e.g. external data protection officer, data protection consulting, digital platforms, tools for risk analysis and documentation, training material
- Optional: Provision of information material for employees to raise awareness, e.g. employee information on the GDPR, password guide, information sheets on retention/deletion periods, immediate measures in the event of cyber attacks, etc.
- Supplementary personal training (online or on-site) possible

The implementation of the specifications requires preparation:
- Mandatory training has been in force since February 2, 2025. Everyone who works with AI must be aware of its risks and possible applications.
- Basic knowledge is mandatory: Understand how AI works, what the risks are and how you can use it safely.
The EU relies on strict controls – with clearly defined fines:
- Up to 30 million euros or 6% of global annual turnover for breaches of high-risk requirements.
- Up to 20 million euros or 4% of turnover for breaches of transparency obligations or the training obligation.
